Allison received her Bachelor of Communication Studies from Western Michigan University. She is also a member of the Lambda Pi Eta Honor Society. Allison has over 11 years of professional marketing experience, along with previous experience in sales. She has specialized experience in marketing strategy, digital marketing, website development, social media management, email marketing, branding, and content creation. Her combined marketing and sales background enables her to develop effective communication strategies that strengthen client relationships and support the company's continued growth.

Sarah received her Bachelor of Business Administration with Honors and her Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resource Management from Davenport University. Sarah is also SHRM-CP certified. She brings over 13 years of professional Human Resources experience, along with previous experience in administrative and customer service roles. Sarah has extensive experience in employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, compliance, and organizational support. She is committed to fostering a positive workplace culture while supporting both employees and the organization's long-term success.

Chris received his Associates Degree in HVAC from Ferris State University. He started his career at Mechanical Testing Services, Inc. in 1988. He has specialized training and experience in HVAC Analytical Testing, Testing and Balancing, HVAC Troubleshooting, Systems Commissioning, and Fume Hood Testing, hydronic design and application from Bell & Gossett. He is a member of ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air Conditioning Engineers). Most of Chris’ work is done at hospitals and pharmaceutical companies. He also has experience on “under floor” mechanical systems and cleanrooms.

Bob received his Associates Degree in Mechanical Design and his Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Technology-Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. Bob started his career at Mechanical Testing Services, Inc. in 1996. He is a NEBB certified professional in Air and Hydronic Environmental Systems, Building Systems Commissioning HVAC & Plumbing, and Cleanroom Performance Testing. He is also a NSF/ANSI Standard 49 Class II Biosafety Cabinet Field Certifier. Bob is also a member of CETA (Controlled Environment Testing Association).

Mike received his Associates Degree in Applied Sciences from Texas State Technical College. He started his career at Mechanical Testing Services, Inc. in 1998. Mike has specialized training from ITT Industries in Bell & Gossett Fluid Handling School of Living Comfort and Bell & Gossett Design and Application Hydronics. He has also completed the NEBB Home Study Course in Air Balance.

Andrew has been a member of the Mechanical Testing Services team since 2023, serving as a Cleanroom Technician specializing in cleanroom performance testing and environmental analysis. He has developed hands-on expertise in airflow measurement, particle counting, and system validation, helping ensure critical environments perform as intended. Andrew is committed to delivering accurate, high-quality testing services that meet client expectations while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
